This policy covers this website and how Toolbridge ("we") handles personal data when you contact us or work with us. It is short because we collect very little.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking pixels or third-party scripts. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregated page views.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may record standard request logs, such as IP address, user agent, requested page and time, to operate and secure the service. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors. Vercel keeps them for a limited period under its own policies.

Demo requests and email

Demo form submissions (name, work email, company website and, optionally, a product) are stored with our database provider and used only to reply about the demo.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to scope and deliver the work and send invoices. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Client project data

Connectors we build run in your accounts: your GitHub org, your hosting provider and your domain. Your customer data and secrets stay there. During a project we use the sandbox and test accounts you provide, and we remove our access at handoff unless you keep a Care plan.

A free demo uses only your public API and documentation. It is torn down after 14 days.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as email and payment processors, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver work and meet accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete them.

Legal basis (GDPR and UK GDPR)

For business contacts, we process contact details on the basis of legitimate interest: communicating with people about work relevant to their role. For clients, we process data to perform our contract. You can object at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Email nate@toolbridgehq.com and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
